The House
The People Behind
The Nail Press.
Looking back, The Nail Press probably started long before we realised it did.
How It Started
Three Friends.
One Habit.
The three of us have always had a habit of caring about things most people would call unnecessary.
The right shade instead of an almost-right shade. The perfect photograph instead of a good one. The tiny detail that nobody notices until it's missing.
It's probably why we became friends. And eventually, why we built a brand together.
Meet
Fathin.
Fathin is the person you don't take shopping unless you have time.
What starts as "just having a look" somehow becomes a discussion about why one product feels expensive, why another feels forgettable, and why people are willing to queue for things they don't actually need.
He's observant in a way that's occasionally inconvenient.
And usually right.
Meet
Elaya.
Elaya is incapable of accepting "because that's how it's always been done" as an answer.
He's the person who reads the plaque beside the artwork, asks the extra question, and somehow turns a five-minute conversation into something much longer.
Most of our best ideas started because he refused to stop at the obvious answer.
Meet
Galeena.
Galeena has never been able to enjoy beauty passively.
She wants to know everything. Why a product became iconic. Why a campaign worked. Why one shade becomes someone's signature.
What started as an interest in beauty eventually became an interest in the people behind it, the stories behind it, and the reason certain things make us feel the way they do.
A Letter From The Founders
Why We Built
The Nail Press.
The truth is, The Nail Press wasn't built because we thought the world needed another nail brand.
It was built because the three of us genuinely love this world.
The magazines. The campaigns. The beauty counters. The products that become favourites. The little luxuries people buy for themselves after a long week. The excitement of opening a package you've been waiting for. The confidence that comes from feeling put together.
Those things matter to us.
And if they matter to you too, you're probably in the right place.
